Russia expects that its signals regarding relations with Armenia will be heard by the leadership of the republic and that all bilateral agreements between Moscow and Yerevan will be implemented, Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova said at a briefing, Report informs referring to TASS.
"As for contacts [between the Russian Federation and Armenia], they continue at various levels. And we expect that our signals will be heard and received properly. Russia has always been careful about its allied relations with Armenia," the diplomat emphasized.
She noted that the Russian Federation proceeds from the fact that "all agreements on the development of bilateral cooperation will continue to be implemented in the interests of the peoples of the two countries."
