Russian FM: “We have no problem with Ukrainian people, but they are being fooled”

"We have no problems with the Ukrainian people. However, they have started to moronize and arouse [negative] mood against Russians," Report informs citing Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov’s interview with RBK TV channel.
