Russia to evacuate its citizens from Azerbaijan today

Today, Russia is planning to conduct special flights for its citizens from Azerbaijan, Bulgaria, Romania, and Thailand, Report says, citing the RIA Novosti.
According to the Ministry of Communications, flights are expected from Sofia-Bucharest-Saint Petersburg-Moscow, Baku-Moscow, Phuket-Bangkok-Vladivostok-Novosibirsk-Moscow.
Russia, against the background of the coronavirus pandemic, has stopped regular and international charter flights since March 27, except for special flights, as well as for several other routes.
