Russia's daily COVID death toll remains above 400

Russia has reported 17,648 new COVID-19 cases over the past day, Report informs, citing Russian media.

Overall, the country has seen 3,868,087 coronavirus cases since the pandemic onset.

In the past 24 hours, Russian hospitals discharged 18,169 COVID-19 patients after their full recovery. A total of 3,318,173 Russians have coped with the disease during the epidemic.

Meanwhile, 437 people have succumbed to the pathogen in one day, taking the country's overall COVID-19 death toll to 73,619.
