Russia reports nearly 33,000 new coronavirus cases

Over the past day, medical experts recorded 32,837 new cases of coronavirus infection in Russia, Report informs referring to the Operational Headquarters to combat the disease.

The total number of registered cases in the country since the pandemic onset has reached 9,669,718.

To date, a total of 276,419 people died due to COVID-related health complications in Russia, including 1,226 deaths seen over the past day. The number of recoveries is 8,364,932, including 35,679 people over the past day.
