Russia has confirmed 1,667 new cases of COVID-19 in the last 24 hours, Report says, citing RIA Novosti.

According to the Operational Headquarters of the Russian Federation to combat the spread of the infection, 1 667 people in 49 regions have tested positive over the past day in Russia.

Notably, Russia has so far reported 13,584 confirmed cases of coronavirus infection in 82 regions.
