Russia records 19,630 coronavirus cases

The number of new coronavirus cases in Russia has reached 19,630 over the past day, taking the country's overall coronavirus tally to 6,824,540.

Report informs, citing Russia's Operative Headquarters, that the death toll from coronavirus in the country has reached 179,243 after 820 more people succumbed to the deadly pathogen.

Russia has reported 6,092,818 recoveries since the pandemic began.
