Russia confirms maximum COVID recoveries

Over the past day, medical experts recorded 38,450 new recoveries, taking the overall number of those cured to 8,164,826 in Russia, Report informs referring to Russian media.

The total number of registered cases in the country since the pandemic onset has reached 9,468,189, after 33,796 tested positive. The growth rate makes 0.36%.

To date, a total of 269,057 people died due to COVID-related health complications in Russia, including 1,238 deaths seen over the past day. The number of recoveries is 8,126,376.
