Ramzan Kadyrov re-elected head of Chechnya

Ramzan Kadyrov has won the presidential election in Chechnya, Report informs via RIA Novosti.

The Central Election Commission of the Chechen Republic announced that Kadyrov received 99.7% of the vote.
