Putin: Russia maintains friendly relations with Azerbaijan

Relations between Russia and Azerbaijan remain very good and friendly, Russian President Vladimir Putin said during a meeting with heads of leading international news agencies, Report informs via TASS.
"I view relations between the Russian Federation and Azerbaijan as very good. We have always had and continue to have friendly relations with Azerbaijan, both in the economic and political spheres. A couple of years ago, we signed a treaty on strategic cooperation. That is how these relations are developing," the Russian leader said.
