Putin not to attend COP26 Glasgow climate summit

Russian President Vladimir Putin will not attend the Climate Summit in Glasgow, Scotland, President's Spokesperson Dmitry Peskov said, Report informs via TASS.
According to Peskov, Vladimir Putin sent a video address to the participants of the meeting.
The Russian President did not attend the 2021 G20 Rome summit either, but addressed it by video conference.
