Putin calls incident at Crocus City Hall a barbaric terrorist attack

Russian President Vladimir Putin called the terrorist act in Crocus City Hall a bloody and barbaric terrorist attack, Report informs referring to Russian media.

In his address to the people regarding the terrorist act, Putin emphasized that dozens of innocent people were killed: "Dozens of peaceful, innocent people became victims of a terrorist act."

Putin also expressed his gratitude to the ambulance crews, firefighters and rescuers who did everything to save people's lives.
