Putin: Biden’s image in media has nothing to do with reality

The image of US President Joe Biden, created by the Russian and US media, has nothing to do with reality, Russian President Vladimir Putin said at a video meeting with graduates of the personnel reserve program of the Higher School of Public Administration, Report informs referring to TASS.

“I want to say that the image of President Biden that our and even the American press paints has nothing to do with reality,” Putin said. “He’s a professional, and you have to be very careful in working with him to make sure you don’t miss anything. He doesn’t miss anything, I can assure you.”

Biden understands what he wants to achieve and acts very skillfully in live communication, Putin said.

He expressed hope that the American leader ‘will be allowed to work in peace.’

“I really hope that it will not be the same as in previous years, and he [US President Joe Biden] will be allowed to work in peace,” Putin said.

According to the president of the Russian Federation, the atmosphere of the summit in Geneva was benevolent. He and Biden managed to understand each other’s positions on key issues.
