Ukraine does not sign any documents with Russia, Mykhaylo Podolyak, the Adviser to the Head of the Office of President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy, said on Twitter.
He said Ukraine will sign an agreement with Turkiye and the UN and undertake obligations to them.
"Russia signs a mirror agreement with Turkey and the UN," Podolyak said.
He also noted that there will be no transport escort by Russian ships.
"No transport escort by Russian ships and no presence of Russian representatives in our ports. In case of provocations, an immediate military response," Podolyak tweeted, noting that all inspections of transport ships will be carried out by joint groups in Turkish waters in the event of such a need.
