A passenger charter aircraft of BBN Airlines flew on the route from Oslo to Antalya through the territory of Ukraine, entering the no-fly zone over the country, Report informs referring to NRK.
The Flightradar24 service recorded the fact that, while flying over Romania, the plane deviated from the route and ended up in Ukraine. But the airline itself has not confirmed this.
"We understand the concern that the incident raises and ensure that we will actively take measures to prevent such incidents," the airline said.
The incident with the Airbus A320-200 aircraft occurred on July 25 this year. The pilots were forced to change the route due to bad weather and deviated from the original route, entering the airspace of Ukraine.
