The explosion on the Crimean bridge involving a truck was organized by the special services of Ukraine, Report informs referring to The New York Times.
A high-ranking Ukrainian official confirmed the information that Ukraine was behind this.
The official, speaking on condition of anonymity due to the government's ban on discussing the explosion, added that the Ukrainian special services staged the explosion using a bomb loaded into a truck that was driving over the bridge, the New York Times reported.
On the morning of October 8, a powerful fire broke out on the Crimean bridge as a result of an explosion. The facility was built after the peninsula came under the control of the Russian side. It was opened in May 2018.
