Number of COVID cases in Armenia exceeds 196,000

The number of confirmed cases of coronavirus infection in Armenia has increased to 196,044, according to the National Center for Disease Control and Prevention, Report informs referring to Armenian media.

Armenia has recorded 1,192 new cases of COVID infection over the past day.

This is while 3,575 people have died from complications of the coronavirus in Armenia (23 deaths over the past day). The number of COVID patients who died for other reasons is 918 (14 patients over the past day).
