Militants kidnap 14 servicemen in Iran

Baku. 16 October. REPORT.AZ / Militants kidnapped 14 Iranian servicemen in southeastern Iran near the border with Pakistan, Report informs citing Mehr.

According to sources, the kidnapping took place this morning in the province of Sistan and Baluchistan, where attacks on Iranian border guards are recorded periodically. Seven militias, five border guards and two soldiers from the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC, part of the Iranian armed forces) were among the kidnapped persons.

It is noted that the security forces were kidnapped by the members of the terrorist group 'Jaish al-ADL'
