Member of Russia's Federation Council: Special operation in Ukraine will end soon
The special military operation in Ukraine will end pretty soon, Russia is not going to drag it out, Andrey Klimov, deputy head of the Yedinaya Rossiya commission for international cooperation, member of the Federation Council, said.
"Russia's special military operation will end pretty soon, we're not going to drag it out on purpose," the senator said.
According to Klimov, its termination will become possible when Ukraine becomes "a safe state for Russia and the world."
"After that, the military phase will stop," Klimov said, noting that this will happen in the near future.
