A meeting of foreign ministers of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) is being held in New York within the framework of the UN General Assembly, spokesperson for the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs Maria Zakharova said on Telegram.
According to the photo shared by Zakharova, Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan is not participating in the meeting.
