Turkic states' Council of Elders convenes in Istanbul

The 12th meeting of the Council of Elders of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) has kicked off in Istanbul, Turkey, Report informs, citing the organization's Twitter.

The meeting began with the opening speeches of the Chairman of the Council Binali Yildirim, Secretary-General of the Organization of Turkic States Baghdad Amreyev, and the elders of the member countries.
