Magnitude 5.9 earthquake strikes Türkiye's Malatya province

A powerful earthquake measuring 5.9 on the Richter scale has struck the Malatya Province in Türkiye, the country's Disaster and Emergency Management Authority (AFAD) said in a statement.
Report informs via Turkish media that the epicenter of the quake was located in the Kale district, with the focal depth estimated at 10.07 kilometers.
