Lavrov announces beginning of next phase of war

The next phase of the 'special operation' in Ukraine has begun, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said in an interview with India Today.
According to him, Russia has no intention to overthrow the government in Kyiv.
He said Ukrainians must decide for themselves how to live.
