Kyrgyzstan receives $1M grant from Japan

Japan has allocated a $1 million grant to Kyrgyzstan, Report informs with reference to the Kyrgyz media.
This assistance will be used to improve the humanitarian situation after the clashes on the Kyrgyz-Tajik border.
Earlier, the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Kyrgyzstan reported that 63 people were killed as a result of the conflict that took place in September this year on the Kyrgyz-Tajik border. The Tajik side stated that about 60 citizens of Tajikistan were killed, more than 230 were injured.
