"Washington has discussed the possibility of US President Joe Biden's trip to Ukraine," Report informs, citing TASS that Jake Sullivan, National Security Advisor to the American leader, said on Thursday.
"We talked about it. I think the president would be very happy to have the opportunity to go to Ukraine to show solidarity with the Ukrainians. However, his trip to Ukraine was not seriously planned."
He stressed that he would not "talk about any current visits of high-ranking officials to Kyiv or Ukraine."
"If this happens, we would like it to be done in a completely safe manner," the presidential aide explained.
