Iranian president to attend UN 80th anniversary event in New York

Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian will participate in the meeting to be held on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the United Nations (UN) establishment, said the spokesperson of the Iranian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Esmaeil Baghaei, on Monday, Report informs via Mehr.
"According to the law, America has no right to restrict the Iranian delegation's trip to New York, but they are doing so," Esmaeil Baghaei added..
The US State Department is reportedly considering imposing special restrictions on the Iranian delegation's visit to the UN this month. These may include limitations on travel outside New York City and restrictions on shopping at wholesale stores.
