Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amir Abdollahian has advocated for the creation of a single organization 'that will be able to exercise control over all areas of cooperation in the Caspian region,' Report informs.
“The creation of an organization that can control all areas of cooperation in the Caspian Sea is a necessity,” he noted at a meeting of the foreign ministers of the Caspian states in Moscow.
“In order to transform the Caspian Sea into a symbol of friendship, progress and development, we need to further strengthen collective interaction and cooperation. We have no other choice but to move forward along the path of institutionalizing and structuring cooperation in the Caspian Sea,” he added.
