Iran suspends intercity travels

Iran continues measures to contain the spread of coronavirus. As part of these efforts, the country has banned intercity travels, an official at the national headquarters Hossein Zolfogari said.
Report informs, citing IRINN TV channel, that the restrictions apply to the passenger, railway, automobile, and air transportation.
Iran is listed among the countries worst affected by the coronavirus, with 27,017 cases of infection and 2,077 deaths. As many as 9,625 people have recovered from the disease.
