Tbilisi. 29 November. REPORT.AZ/ The international observation mission, which observed the second round of presidential elections in Georgia yesterday, has announced its opinion.

Georgian Bureau of Report News Agency informs that according to observation mission, the second round of the elections was well-organized and competitive.

OSCE Special Coordinator Kristian Vigenin said that presidential candidates could carry out the pre-election campaign freely: "However, we should also mention the negative cases during the process. These include acute rhetoric, misusing administrative resources, strong polarization, and so on. "

The mission positively assessed the high voter turnout in the second round of the elections, however, also stressed doubts about possible discouraging of voters.

The international observation mission includes representatives of OSCE, PACE, and the European Parliament.
