İbrahim Kalın: Shelling of US Embassy in Turkey is an attempt to create chaos

Baku. 20 August. REPORT.AZ/ Ankara condemns the bombardment of the US Embassy in Turkey, it is an attempt to create chaos.

Report informs, special adviser to Turkish President İbrahim Kalın said.

"We condemn the attack on the US embassy. This is an obvious attempt to create chaos. Turkey is a reliable country and all foreign missions are protected by law. The incident is under investigation and in the near future everything will be clarified”, - Kalın twitted.

As the Ankara mayor's office reported earlier, the incident occurred at 5.30 local time. 6 shots were fired at the embassy from a white car passing through Atatürk Boulevard. Bullets hit the metal door and the glass room for the protection of the diplomatic mission, no one was hurt.
