Baku. 16 September. REPORT.AZ/ Heavy rains have flooded Batumi, Georgia situated on coast of the Black Sea.
Report informs referring to Sputnik-Georgia, city center had been flooded, the traffic was limited.
Now rains stopped, but traffic was resctricted in the city center.
