Health officials declare Adjara as red zone due to pandemic

Of the 44 new cases of coronavirus recorded in Georgia over the past day, 25 were in the Autonomous Republic of Adjara (AR), said Ministry of Health of the Autonomous Republic.
According to Report's local bureau, Adjara has become a "red zone" due to the growing number of cases.
AR still does not consider restrictions. Mass testing continues in three special tents and five polyclinics in the region. Two more tents are expected to be added.
