"We propose to be a negotiator for our Azerbaijani and Armenian brothers," Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili said at a briefing.
According to him, Georgia successfully mediated between the two neighboring countries in June, which was an unprecedented event.
The prime minister stated that the peace initiative in the South Caucasus is a continuation of this process: "We offer mediation between the fraternal states, and suggest that they use Tbilisi as a platform for negotiations."
