Georgian ambassador infected with coronavirus

Georgian Ambassador to Kazakhstan Zurab Abashidze has contracted the novel coronavirus.
The diplomat was hospitalized with a diagnosis of bilateral pneumonia, Report’s local bureau says.
Georgian Foreign Ministry confirmed the fact.
The ambassador’s wife also tested positive for the virus.
Kazakhstan has 16,351 confirmed cases, 105 related deaths. A total of 10,139 patients have been recovered from the infection in the country. It detected the first two cases of coronavirus infection among those who arrived in Almaty city from Germany on March 13, 2020.
