Georgia has launched the next stage of inoculating the population with the Pfizer jab.

Report's local bureau informs that the current stage will cover healthcare workers and citizens above 65.

The procedure will be available in six clinics of Tbilisi, Batumi, and Kutaisi. Those willing to be vaccinated will choose between Pfizer and AstraZeneca.

Georgia started vaccinating healthcare workers with the AstraZeneca jab on March 15. The country received nearly 30,000 doses of the Pfizer vaccine on March 25.
