Georgia reports over 2,000 coronavirus cases in one day

Over the past day, 2,171 more people have tested positive for coronavirus in Georgia.

The country has reported 1,074 COVID recoveries and 24 deaths, Report's Georgian Service informs with reference to the Georgian Government.

Georgia has recorded a total of 315,913 cases of coronavirus infection since the pandemic began. To date, 296,532 of them have recovered, while 4,207 have died.

Meanwhile, over the past day, Georgian medical specialists conducted more than 27,648 COVID tests.
