Georgia reports almost 1,000 coronavirus cases in one day

Over the past day, 988 more people have tested positive for coronavirus in Georgia.

Meanwhile, the country has reported 1,595 COVID recoveries and 21 deaths, Report's Georgian Service informs with reference to the Georgian Government.

Georgia has recorded a total of 312,445 cases of coronavirus infection since the pandemic began. To date, 293,052 of them have recovered, while 4,151 have died.

Meanwhile, over the past day, Georgian medical specialists conducted more than 13,752 COVID tests.
