Georgia records 3 cases of infection with mutated coronavirus

Three cases of infection with a new strain of coronavirus have been confirmed in Georgia.
Report's Georgian Service informs, citing Amiran Gamkhrelidze, the head of the Georgian National Center for Disease Control and Public Health.
According to him, over 30 people have been identified with whom the infected have contacted.
"The cases of infection are with mutated types of coronavirus, most likely the British strain," Gamkhrelidze said.
