Georgia, Israel to produce machine guns

A joint venture with Israel will be established at the State Military Scientific-Technical Center Delta under the Georgian Defense Ministry.
According to Report's local bureau, a cooperation agreement has been signed in this regard.
Georgian Defense Minister Juansher Burchuladze and representatives of the Israeli company inked the document.
The joint venture, which will be equipped with modern facilities, will produce M-4 submachine guns. The weapons are intended for both the Georgian Defense Forces and export.
In the future, the company plans to produce other weapons and ammunition.
