Georgia’s coronavirus cases exceed 300

6 more people were infected with COVID-19 in Georgia, Report informs, citing the government’s website.

Thus, the number of people infected with COVID-19 has reached 306. 69 of them have recovered, 3 died.

4,990 people are in quarantine, 462 people – under stationary control.

The novel coronavirus (COVID-19) emerged in late 2019 in China’s Hubei province, and the virus has spread to 210 countries and territories since then.

To date, COVID-19 cases surpassed 2,000,243 globally, resulting in nearly 484,748 recoveries and over 126,758 deaths.

On February 11, the WHO officially named the 2019 novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV) as COVID-19, and on March 11, declared it a pandemic.
