Over the past day, 229 more people have tested positive for coronavirus in Georgia.
The country has reported 2,993 recoveries and 12 deaths, Report's Georgian Bureau informs with reference to the Georgian Government.
Georgia has recorded a total of 1,646,545 cases of coronavirus infection since the pandemic began. To date, 1,621,396 of them have recovered, while 16,720 have died.
