Georgia completes construction of new border post in Keshikchidagh

Building a new border post on the David Gareja (Keshikchidagh - ed.) temple complex on the border with Azerbaijan in Georgia is nearing completion.
According to the Minister of Internal Affairs Vakhtang Gomelauri, the construction work will end soon.
In 2020, crucial steps were taken to improve the border infrastructure, equip the state border with modern equipment, and develop aviation potential.
The Border Patrol project is supported by the US Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA).
