Georgia checking presence of Indian strain as suspicious cases emerge

Georgia is investigating several suspected coronavirus cases related to the Indian strain, said Paata Imnadze, deputy head of the National Center for Disease Control and Public Health.
According to him, the fact of dangerous infection has not been confirmed yet.
Imnadze noted that laboratory and molecular studies of the suspicious facts are expected to be completed by the end of the week.
