The United States views the South Caucasus as a platform for opening the 'second front' against Russia, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Gazulin said, according to Report.
"Washington has long made no secret of the fact that they view the South Caucasus as a springboard for opening a 'second front' against Russia," he noted.
Galuzin emphasized that the intention of the US administration completely contradicts "the genuine interests of the peoples of the region."
