FT: EU to discuss adding Gref and Deripaska to sanctions list

The EU will today discuss adding Herman Gref, the head of Russia’s Sberbank, and aluminium oligarch Oleg Deripaska to its sanctions list, Report informs, citing Financial Times.
Alexander Shulgin, Boris Rotenberg and Said Kerimov will also be put on the list, according to a draft document seen by the Financial Times.
