Baku. 16 November. REPORT.AZ/ Former vice-governor of St. Petersburg Marat Oganesyan detained in Moscow on suspicion of fraud.
Report informs citing the RIA Novosti, Investigative Committee of Russia informed.
According to information, fraud revealed during the construction of the football stadium on Krestovsky Island.
Former deputy governor also suspected of involvement in the fraud.
