Baku. 13 September. REPORT.AZ/ A fire broke out in the shopping center "Filion" in the west of Moscow.
Report informs citing the TASS, a source in the emergency services said.
According to preliminary data, fire started in insulation and the facade of the building.
Emergency Service of Moscow increases the grouping of forces and equipment. People are being evacuated.
