    EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus Toivo Klaar is on a visit to Yerevan, Armenia, Report informs, citing Sputnik Armenia.

    "Back in a very hot Yerevan for a short visit. Looking forward to important meetings," Klaar tweeted.
