EU Special Representative for South Caucasus arrives in Armenia

EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus and the crisis in Georgia Toivo Klaar has arrived in Armenia, Report informs.

According to Klaar, the visit is organized due to the growing tension in the international arena.

“Back in Yerevan for two days of meetings. As the international environment has become more tense, the European Union is more than ever committed to the goal of a peaceful and prosperous South Caucasus,” Toivo Klaar tweeted.

The EU special envoy last visited Yerevan a month ago. He met with the top officials of Armenia.
