Erdogan: We are not a nation with a chain of slavery around our neck

"We are not a nation that will carry a chain of slavery around its neck," Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, chairman of the Justice and Development Party (AKP), said at an enlarged meeting of the party's parliamentary faction, Report informs.
He stressed that the government resisted the pressure against Turkey for the anti-terrorist operations launched in Syria and on its economic activities: "We will never bow down and will keep standing on our feet."
